The web tool gives you different functionality from the Clover device so when you are in front of a computer you can manage your customers in a bulk approach: - Export Data to Excel, CSV, PDF, Copy to Clipboard.

On Clover Devices cloud CRM has the ability to
- remove system fields as part of customer entry form.
- change validation rules from required to optional and vice versa.
- add additional fields to any customer form.
- manipulate customer type fields.
Note: Age Verification Technology does not work on Clover Flex or builtin camera's on devices. A Clover Station or Mini with attached barcode scanner is required.

9/22/22 - cloud CRM now offers Age Verification Technology with ID Scan. Merchants can setup age verification for any items for any age and use regular Clover barcode scanners to scan DL. Works well with Tobacco Scan Data Loyalty Program
